How Do You Notify Stakeholders?
How do you notify ALL your stakeholders when it comes to communicating critical company information?
It is time to re-evaluate how you are keeping your stakeholders informed. Obviously, Internal Stakeholders will be treated differently than your External Stakeholders when it comes to communication methods (company bulletin boards, email, etc.).
No matter what the process the issue is that all must be kept informed especially during times of calm. That way when times of crisis arrive no one can say about you and your organization "They only need or talk to us when they are in trouble."
Use the tools and medium that we discussed in Day 8 to carry the message.
Remember, don't wait until it is too late...start today!!!
