50 Ways To Better Business: #15: When Did You Last Telephone A Customer?

When Was The Last Time You Telephoned A Customer, Client, Vendor, etc.?

There are obviously not enough time in the day or the week or the month to meet face-to-face with every customer, client, vendor. There is always time for a simple phone call.

Go through your organization's Rolodex and start ringing up those customers. Keep the calls simple and to the point. You were thinking about them, wanted to see how things were going and make certain that everything was going good with them item or service that was purchased.

For vendors and suppliers, let them know that you are NOT calling to complain but see if there is something your organization should be doing to make the relationship better?
