50 Ways To Better Business: #26: Fear of Change

Everyday bring us something new. Every day there is change! Change does not wait for the Sun to rise nor does it wait for the Sun to set either.

Don't believe me? Well, just look at you and your business!

Change is all around you. Life is by its very definition is change. Just like we, as humans, have to change to survive our business MUST change in order to grow. However, there are some that are afraid of change that it can bring a business to its knees. It is at this point that the competition will overrun the business and because fear of change that the business failed.

This does not have to be you and your business.

As the rising and setting Sun signifies a beginning and an ending and there is NOT one thing you can do about it. You can't stop it. So you don't fear the day changing into night like our ancient ancestors did. We know better (now).

The sooner you come to expect that CHANGE is as constant as the rising and setting sun the sooner you can STOP fearing change.

So go ahead and live beyond the fear of change and embrace just as those ancients embraced and celebrated the giant fire ball as it returned to sky every morning. Go ahead and make the best of any change that comes your way.
