Day 2: Know Your Company
Knowing your company is the next thing to a successful business, a successful organization, successful staff, and successful owners.
When you know your company you are in a better place. A better place being somewhere that has you not just at the top looking down but at the bottom looking up and completely within the organization. The better place is where you know everything that's going on within and without your organization.
Knowing where your company is in the overall scheme of things is the only way to adjust, plan, or correct any action that you and your company will have to take to take it to the next level.
