50 Ways To Better Business: #9: Talk One-On-One With Your Staff

When was the last time you had a One-on-One Talk with Your Staff?

Seriously, staff meetings, performance reviews can only go so far! That's why one-on-one time is the best.

Both sides of the conversation can lower their guard and be more at ease.

Where the conversation takes place also matters.

At the workplace is usually not the best as there may be too many ears and eyes that can inhibit ANY conversation.

If possible and when possible, take it off-site.

Most important: HAVE THAT ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATION!!! (not a monologue)
