When Was The Last Time You Filled Sandbags?
When was the last time you filled a sandbag? When was the last time you filled an order? When was the last time you were in the trenches with your front line (customer facing) troops?
If you are not actively doing this then you are way overdue.
So put on your combat boots and hit the trenches, storm the beaches, clear that hedgerow, and fill some sandbags.
The perspective you will be exposed to will certain change the way you think about how things are going now with your staff, your company, your customers, and you.
